Nutrition Counseling

Monthly packages include:

  • 1 or 2 weekly nutrition counseling visits (in-person or virtual, 30 min each)
  • Weekly weigh-ins and full body composition on In-Body Scale 
  • Individualized Eating Plan 
  • Weekly food journal review, meal-planning, accountability and support between sessions

Nutrition Counseling with Pharma Support

Monthly packages include:

  • Physician visit with Dr. George Lieb, FCCP
  • In-depth Blood Work Panel 
  • 1 or 2 weekly nutrition counseling visits (in-person or virtual, 30 min each)
  • Weekly weigh-ins and full body composition on In-Body Scale 
  • Individualized Eating Plan 
  • Weekly food journal review, meal-planning, accountability and support between sessions
  • Insurance Prior Authorization provided

Weight Loss Maintenance Program

Monthly packages include:

  • 1 or 2 weekly nutrition counseling visits (in-person or virtual, 30 min each)
  • Weekly weigh-ins and full body composition on In-Body Scale
  • Individualized Eating Plan and Food Diary Review

Eating Disorder Coaching

4 weeks of service including:

  • 1 or 2 weekly counseling visits with certified EDIT Coach (in-person or virtual, 45 min. each)
  • Empowering and Goal-oriented approach to recovery
  • Support and accountability provided between sessions

Children & Teen Health Coaching

4 weeks of service including: 

  • 1 or 2 weekly counseling visits with Nutritionist and Intuitive Health Coach 
  • Included individual eating plans and management of unhealthy eating tendencies 
  • Support and accountability provided between sessions

My Chef Eats Meal Delivery Service

Platoon Fitness Group Execrise

  • Location: Platoon Fitness 899 Penn Street in Bryn Mawr
  • Schedule: MWF 1-2 PM
  • $30 per class, first class free, drop-ins welcome, all-levels encouraged! 
  • 1 hour class, Strength focused

Free Consultation

1-hour meeting including:

  • 1-on-1 consultation with a Registered Nurse and Nutritionist
  • In-depth Health History Questionnaire
  • Full-body composition on In-Body scale (BMI, water, muscle, BMR, percentage of body fat)
  • Identifying client's nutritional needs and weight goals and discussing recommended next steps

MANAGE

To begin your journey at MD Weight Loss, we begin with a Comprehensive Health history review at your initial consultation. We work together to develop an individualized plan around nutrition and exercise.

Through assessments conducted by our Board-Certified MD and Registered Nurse we assess all aspects of an individual, helping them to fully understand their weight and factors contributing to it, with the ultimate goal of achieving a life-style change that leads to long-term wellness.
